The PSU isn't good(600w unit only 27A available from +12v rail), better get Corsair builder series 430W unit.

Pentium G630 isn't bad gaming chip but core i3 2100 is better & both chip's are compatible with Intel board.

Get atleast Ati radeon hd 5670 or GT 545 with DDR3, GT 520 will suffer in many titles.

So does this cpu enough for my needs
Heavy photo and video editing require very good processor(high-end) but if u gonna keep it light there will be no problem.

Is cpu speed an important thing for games
CPU speed does matter but it's not that important. The first thing that matter is the architecture.

Choose a different motherboard. Get one based on an Intel chipset but a non-Intel brand board. Look at boards from Asus, ASRock, Biostar, Gigabyte, or MSI.

If it's not too late, choose a different video card. The GT 520 isn't much of a gaming card, it's better suited for general purpose use. It isn't a very good HTPC card either.

Definitely choose a better name brand power supply. You're apparently from India & based on other posts, there seems to be a problem finding decent PSUs in your country. The local vendors tend to push garbage units from I-Ball, Mercury, VIP, Zebronics, etc.

CPU which the OP can afford doesn't allow OC so it's okay to go with Intel board.
Atleast the board has PCI slot.

If u use DDR3 1333 with pentium G630 memory controller inside a CPU will under-clock the memory clock to DDR3 1066.
