Is Graphic card compatible with Power supply?

The card requires two 6-pin PCIe plugs & that PSU has four of them. However, the PSU is WAY overpriced & only has a 1 yr warranty? Does that sound like a good to you?

Are you still building a "server"? Did you check any of your other threads?

Im building a desktop computer now and i i changed the power supply(doesn't have 12V) since the graphic card says the systems requirements are with a minimum 12V current rating of 38A

Since you've switched to a desktop system, which motherboard & CPU?

Why do you feel you need to spend so much? Corsair is an excellent choice but it's unlikely you need 850W. How about this 550W for less than 1/2 the price & free shipping?
