Is Asus ATI Radeon HD3450 512 MB DVI/VGA/HDMI (AGP slot) video card compatible with my old ABIT KT7A-RAID (VIA KT133A, Socket A) motherboard? I was thinking of upgrading my old PC, but there are different volts with different AGP versions and I don't how many volts my motherboard uses.

FYI tomihasa, your board is AGP 2x/4x and supports 3.3v and 1.5v.

As near as I can find, that card is an 8x only AGP card. That means it won't work.

The card jam linked won't work either. You need a 4x/8x AGP card.

According to the BFG detailed specs, the 7300GT requires a "vacant AGP 2.0 slot or better"

And the ABIT KT7A-RAID has an AGP 2.0 slot:
