i AM using a windos 7 os system. my system rating at first showed 3.2 based on my processor power. but now it shows 2.1. i belive my system performance has lowered. and there is slowing down of many games i used 2 play.. i would like two owerclock my cpu and would like ur advice on how 2 do that.
and i would like to know that whether my system has 2 cpu and whether if i have will both core speed will add on. plzz advice...

fix the reason for the slow down, instead of overclocking the hardware to compensate for it.

u have weak system for modern games. 800fsb the ram should run @ ddr2 533. May be cpu is overheating check cpu temp in bios.

did u check the temps of ur processor like kuwese said
and for the record when ur pc slows down u dont think of overclocking until u solve its slowing down issue

3rd vote for overheating CPU. Get that sorted out before you attempt to overclock.
