Intel Smart Response Tech and Raid 5 array

Specs: Windows 7 64bit, 2600k / 8GB
Using Intel Smart Response Technology with Asus P8Z68 Motherboard, does the cache SSD in combination with a Raid 5 array using 4 HDD's working correctly?

Never easy to tell. I have had lsi raid that just didn't work well with cache.

You have to test it.

1/3 of highway deaths are caused by drunks. The rest are by people who can't drive any better than a drunk.

Jefro, thanks for your reply.
Its a "new" technology from Intel used in new Z68 chipset.
In product views and user guides from Intel it says using raid array with Larson Creek 20GB SSD for cache is promoted as a usable function.
When y ask Asus service Center y got message back they have to find out information.
Havent heard from them anymore.

What is a lsi Raid?
