"expected is Bios washed-off" ??

How do you wash off a BIOS - - with soap & water I guess!

Flashing the BIOS is not possible unless you can get the PC to POST.
Not possible if the system is dead.

✔ Best Answer
Did anything happen to it between the last time it worked OK and the first time it didn't?

Sometimes Intel motherboards allow for a 'bios recovery' using a dos boot disk with the bios file that runs on its own. Check your motherboard manual as you may need to configure a bios recovery jumper. Some info here too:

But I think you're just assuming the problem is with the bios. If the problem is elsewhere a recovery attempt won't help.

"Power supply OK, Celeron Processor OK Problem is motherboard"

Can you explain to us how you determined the PSU & CPU are good & the board is bad? Generally, the board is the least likely of the 3 to go bad. Then again, the board is about 12 years old - look for swollen or leaking capacitors.
