Insystem Wireless Mouse Inverted

Specs: Windows 10
This query has been raised before but it appears the thread became an English lesson rather than finding a solution. Has anyone had this issue of an inverted mouse pointer and actually found a fix or am I I up for a new replacement? Replacing may be the easiest option.

Try a different mouse - - if that one works as it should, the InSystem mouse is obviously faulty - - dump it and buy a different make/model. Buy a well-known brand like Logitech or Microsoft - - I've never heard of InSystem brand so it's probably some cheap POS.

By "inverted mouse pointer" I take it that you mean the
pointer moves in the direction opposite to the direction
you move the mouse.

I can't imagine any plausible way such an error could be
caused by a faulty mouse. I am curious how it happens.
It is surprisingly common.

Have you already tried removing the transmitter/receiver
from the computer, letting Windows discover that it is
missing, and re-installing it? I'd think that would fix it.
