Please don't use all caps, it's considered shouting. Look in my computer and get the drive letter for the external drive. When you install the program, instead of using C which is probably the default, click the Browse button and choose the drive letter of your external drive.

"I HAD 2GB OF RAM/110GB OF HARD DRIVE BUT IT RAN OUT"

It didn't "run out", you're not using it correctly.

"I DO HAVE A SEAGATE GO-FLEX EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE BUT HOW DO I INSTALL THIS PROGRAM ON IT"

Why would you want to run a program from an external drive? It would make more sense to take the time to clean up your internal drive to free up some space, then install the program properly. Uninstall all old programs or games that you no longer use. Clear out all temp files & accumulated internet garbage. Empty the recycle bin. Move all your photos, word docs, videos, etc, to the external, etc.
