Solved Install Realtek HD Audio Driver failure!!

Specs: Windows XP
I have tried installing the audio driver through all possible sources for my desktop PC in which motherboard is ASUS P5KPL-AM/PS with Windows XP as OS. But all the drivers available online which I have tried failed and there is an error message "Install Realtek HD Audio Driver failure!!"

1. Reboot in safe mode
2. Open device manager
3. Go under system devices
4. Disable (DO NOT UNINSTALL) the Microsoft UAA driver.
5. Reboot in safe mode (This is so that driver will not load)
6. Open device manager
7. Go under system devices
8. Now... uninstall the Microsoft UAA driver. This will also remove the Realtek.
9. Reboot to Windows XP or Vista.
10. Install the Realtek drivers without letting windows install it.

or try this
1. Disable audio controller in normal windows mode
2. Reboot in safe mode
3. Go to device manager
5.Install now realtek driver and reboot in safe mode again
6. Go to device manager and see driver's version at this time you should have the updated driver.
7.Reboot normally and enjoyGames-open sound is there

Already there Realtek Hd Sound Driver,

Open- my computer-Properties-hardware-Device Manger-sound,video,games control-audio device right click -update driver-no not this time-next-install list of specific(Advanced)-do't searches-next-have disk- browse-my computer-c drive- relatak-Audio-Hda file is there open-ok- next-finished-System Restart

If u try to install audio driver while the audio hardware is disabled the driver installation will not proceed.
Enter in BIOS and check if realtek hd is enabled.

The best place to get the audio driver is from ASUS, I don't know why you would need to try "all possible sources"?

And I don't know why you're being told to uninstall the UAA driver. That's exactly what you need. I see you're running XP - do you have SP3 installed? Without SP3 there's no UAA & no HD audio. If you don't have SP3, download & install it, THEN try installing your HD audio driver:
