Information for locked icon in My Computer

Specs: Windows 7/Dual XP, ?/3gig
I have a Toshiba Netbook NB550D which comes with Win 7 Starter loaded. When I open "My Computer" two icons are displayed. One of them is the System and the other I have shown here:

Unfortunately the wrong icon is highlighted in the screen shot but it is the one on the right.

It obviously relates to MS Office but what is it and why can't it be opened. It has nothing to do with a system recovery neither is it related to any other hidden partition (I have checked for drive Q: in Disk Management and it does not appear).

Interestingly it does not always appear when I open "My Computer" but if I log off and click on my user name to reopen it will display.

Any information will be appreciated
