Here's one from Amazon. Plug the model # into Google and see if you can find it cheaper.

Why do you need to replace the board? Are you sure the board is defective? Look at the link below. This is a USA site.

U don't need similar board for the other components to work. Don't pay more than 50 bucks for the new board & most of socket 775 board support P4 processors

thanks guys for all the replies...@ OtheHill, my computer had gone out and at first I thought it was the power supply so I replaced it twice...came to find out that the processor was not mounted properly (actually had come loose) (let me add that I bought the computer from cyberpower and I was not happy with what I recieved...it was supposed to have an internal card reader, 3 extra case fans installed, cathode lights, A clear case and other misc items...well it came in a black case, i did get the fans but they were not installed, and as for the card reader? no where to be found...after weeks of arguing over what was sent and what I ordered I finally sent a dispute to my cc company, I was refunded my cash and cyberpower lost out...)any who, a friend who has his own shop took a look at it before leaving town and concluded that the motherboard was no good...suggested I find a replacement and that brings me here...so thank you so very much for your help I hope to have this up and running soon and when I do...I'll send you guys some nice pieces of custom art...cheers!

Did you also test the P4? You are gambling that it is OK. You might be better off just upgrading to a newer CPU/motherboard combo. Your memory is slow too.
