Specs: Windows 10
Hello,

(My PC is in another city because studying etc., but thats not important).
At home I have a HP laptop, hardware : http://prntscr.com/h5s0en

My question is how can I squeeze out the maximum performance for gaming, atm Im playing League of Legends with lowest possible settings but keep getting lags even if fps is 80 - 130, so what can I do, any tricks, cleaning programs etc. to make it better?

any help would be really appreciated.

Add more RAM & replace Win10 32-bit with either Win7 64-bit or Win10 64-bit.

Laptops are not generally great for gaming, yours has a distinct graphics card at least.
Make sure that all unnecessary programs are shut down and preferably do not start with Windows.
Run Disk Clean Up.
Scan with Malwarebytes free version (not trial of pay for version, no full time scanning).
Lower gaming settings.
Make sure your AV program is not a System Hog, many are.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
