Solved i want to no what pci-e card i can put in computer

Dell / Optiplex380 mini tower

Specs: Windows vista business, 4gig ddr3
graphics card upgrade hi don't no a lot about computers so here goes
its a dell optiplex380mini tower its a 2.7cpu 4gig ram intel gmax4500 onboard graphics
pci-e x16slot I looked on dell site said
geforce9300ge 256
ati radeon hd3450 256
does it meen that's all I can use
greatfull for any help

You can install any graphics card that requires a PCI-E x16 slot, but check what the power requirements are for the card you choose. In the card specifications should be listed the output wattage of the PSU that's required, so you may have to fit a more powerful PSU if the existing one doesn't meet the recommended wattage.

No, as phil22 stated, you can use just about any PCIe card as long as your power supply can handle it. You're not going to do very well with a 255W power supply though. And the 2 cards you mentioned from Dell are both old & they suck, avoid them.
