First of all typing in all caps is considered shouting and is rude.

Is the computer still under warranty? If so, do not do anything yourself.

There can be a few different reasons why the fan is noisy.

Are you sure the noise is from the CPU fan?

If it is the CPU fan you should replace the heat sink/fan as a unit so you get the correct fan for the heat sink. That unit is very important.

You may not need to change anything. The insides of yur case can be full of dirt/dust and causing the fan to run too fast or be off balance. Blowing out that dust may cure the problem. Use canned or compressed air. DO NOT use a vacuum cleaner. Blow out the power supply from both ends too.

Second thing is there may be something touching the fan.

Third thing is the BIOS settings may not allow the fan to run only when needed.

If you are out of warranty open the case and look. You can also boot into the BIOS (setup) and see if the temperatures are high or if the fan is turning fast or slow.

Typing in all capital letters in a post on the web is considered to be the same as if you were shouting, and very rude !

You have not provided sufficient info.

Go here:
http://partsurfer.hp.com/search.aspx
Scroll down a bit.
Look for the similar label on the outside of your computer.
Quote the specific model number - that's at the end of the first line.
Quote the Product number - that's on the third line.

Tell us the country your computer was sold in.
