I need to retrieve deleted email

Specs: Windows 7
I want to retrieve an e-mail that was deleted that should be within Jan thru Feb 2011. How can I do this? This e-mail was a confirmation number from Royal Carribean that I desparately need.

Why not just call them. If you deleted the email, it's gone unless it' still in your deleted folder.

I have tried to get in contact with the person and there are on holiday, I was sent emails that I have found out that I should of replied to.

Many email programs do not actually delete an email from the email program by default - it's not in the mailbox you deleted it from, but it's still there in a Trash mailbox or similar.
That's a legacy feature that protects you from the consequences of accidentally deleting an email. To actually delete the email you must delete it from the Trash or similar mailbox
If you have a Trash mailbox or similar, it may still be there, and you can choose to Restore it to whatever mailbox it was in if you like.

Custom settings or pressing a certain key combo can over-ride
that and actually delete the email the first time you delete it .

depending on your mail client, if your client is web-based and you deleted it...it is LOST in CYBERSPACE and you will never see it again.

I have tried to get in contact with the person and there are on holiday,
sounds like a scam to me. agents are ALWAYS open no matter what...that is the way they make their living.
