Why do you feel you need water cooling?

If you look at the cooler specs, it lists "AMD: AM2, AM3, FM1". It doesn't specifically say AM3+. but I think it will work. Personally, I'd go with something like one of these:

Unless your case is small and can't accommodate an air cooled cooler I would recommend you use air cooled.

If you read the specs on the units you linked the fan is just as loud or louder than the units linked by riider and cost 2 to 3 times as much. Additionally, the maximum air flow of the water unit fan is less CFM than either of the air units. In my mind, that tells me the unit can't out perform the air units.

Watercooling is a waste of money, but it's your money. Feel free to waste it.

CFM = Cubic Feet per Minute.

What I pointed out is that the water cooler you linked is not as good at cooling as either of the air cooled units.
