You didn't list your power supply specs or how much you're willing to spend for a video card. Also, your RAM is DDR2-667 @ 333MHz. If you're not overclocking, it should be configured to run as DDR2-533 @ 266MHz to match the CPU.

Here's your board info: IntelĀ® Desktop Board DG41RQ

You did not mention your price range so I can be general only.
Your PS details:
+3.3V@24A, +5V@15A, +12V@35A, -12V@0.3A, +5VSB@2.5A

At least a GTX650 or equivalent or better depending on your budget and consider more memory for rendering (2x4GB).

It's too bad Intel boards to not overclock typically, but if you can raise even your FSB to 1600 (freq 400MHz), then you can take advantage of faster DDR800MHz memory as well. (someone might have the time to look this up for you, right now, sorry I do not)

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Unless you absolutely need it portable, stay with the desktop, laptops with the same or similar specs or abilities, will cost you much more money.
I do not know India currency so I will lay out some basics.
Modern quad core processor -- Intel 3rd or 4th Gen. i5 processor or AMD equivalent.
Four RAM slots with 16GB RAM 1600MHz installed
Discrete graphics card at least GTX650 Ti or equivalent.
Power supply at least high enough to power your system with your choice of graphics card. DO NOT get a cheap power supply, they are not worth the problems they cause.

If that comes out to be too much, do the best you can. Remember that it is easier to add memory or upgrade graphics later, where the CPU and motherboard pretty much define the machine for the future so focus on that.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
