Specs: Macintosh
How can I get these converted to disc and/or read the format? I have an old HP laptop that will accept the disks but I need to convert them for my MAC Book Pro

Perhaps clarify - just in-case I'm misinterpreting the disk size and capacity?

Are they 3.5 floppies; and what their capacity?

Meanwhile, this link has a discussion re' PC floppies and Mac floppies... The last section offers a viable possibility; namely an external usb floppy drive... But note the floppy capacity spec .mentioned...

Another option is to simply use the hp computer to copy the floppy content either to usb flash drives, and then access/copy the content to the Mac; or use DVD rather than usb flash drive to same end?

editied by trvlr to korrekt a typo...

Yes, copy files to a more modern media like flash drive or DVD's. DVD's may be a better option in the long run because they will also serve as a permanent back up of the old photo's after you have copied them over to the Mac. If the Mac is a slim model without a DVD drive you can purchase a USB external drive for it.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
