Solved i have bios fault and cannot load windows

Specs: Windows 7
is there any way to overcome bios error other than replace chip? i put wrong hard drive in and corrupted bios

First you need to tell us exactly what you did and what error messages you get or any beeps from the computer..

Putting a wrong hard drive in will not corrupt the BIOS. In is extremely difficult to corrupt a BIOS. About the only thing that will is an incorrect BIOS flash.

hi, i have two sattelite computers, and swapped hard drives, they both worked but, then one kept freezing, i then tried to reload windows and then the screen had lines on, and would not go any further, i put a repair disc in but it said, the bios had wrong information on it it, now will not load to put any recovery disc in, i cannot load in f12

Yte BIOS has the wrong information because it is os configured for the disk the you took out. You need to go into the BIOS and change the information relative tot he new disk you inserted.
