I have a seagate 750MB external HD with a damaged USB port, which is loose inside and not connected. Is there an adaptor?dock I can use if I remove the enclosure?

If the internal drive is a standard type (SATA/IDE), then you should be able to remove it and use it in any standard external USB case:

There are many options. Based on the capacity that drive is somewhat old. Therefore it might be better to buy a dock or, my recommendation, an adapter that can be used on virtually any IDE or SATA hard drive or optical drive. See the link below for one that I can verify works.
