I have the same problem. I think the answer is to buy a new micro ATX power supply with a PCI-E connector and a cable adapter to convert the 6 pin PCI-E connector to a 6 + 2 connector and just use the 2pin to plug into the RCA board for the video. It makes sense since all you need is a two prong 12v plug to power the video board.

The best I can find is from newegg, model # AP-MP4ATX40 power supply (has two fans) and the # CABLE-YPCIE628 adapter.

The power supply is perfect (it came today), almost an exact replacement with dual fans but my cabling idea is flawed. The PCI-E 6+2 connector is too big and the extra 2pin connector is only black wires.

So instead of cutting and splicing into the new power supply wires, I'm going to splice a four pin male molex connector from an old case fan to the wire that plugs into the video board from the old power supply. I should have thought of this before...

Now I have a separate cable just for this machine's video card should the power supply ever fail again.
