Thanks for your reply...the computer is telling you there is no bootloader available for it to start. It could simply mean that the drive has been erased or the hard drive has crashed rendering it unusable (but this is not necessarily the case).
You need to get a copy of either Windows XP (no longer supported by MS) or Windows 7 or even Ubuntu Linux 14.04 LTS (which is free), but you need to download it from Canonical (the Ubuntu Linux distributors) and make a bootable CD out of it and install it into your laptop (provided of course the computer has the hardware (mainly memory and hard disk space) to install the OS.
I hope this has given you some input as to what to do next.
