Bios version 5fcn91ww.It's saying bios shadowed
I have tried pressing shift f8. But don't know what to do.
To get the windows boot options (at least for version 7 on down) you use F8 not Shift F8. You mention getting a blue screen flash and then it reboots. If you can get to the boot options menu, open 'advanced boot options' and click 'disable automatic restart on system failure'. That will keep it from rebooting and leave you at the blue screen with some error information:

It looks like the HDD is bad. Can you try booting into BIOS again and check if the HDD is detected.
Apparently then it's showing some bios information. At what point in the boot process is it showing the black screen? Do you get any error messages? Does it still have windows 7 on it? If so use F8 to get the windows boot options.

We have managed to get to the lenovo screen and then it goes blue screen with error. 0000098. No options after that just takes you back to lenovo the blue screen when you restart
