i get new gigabyte video card ge force gt 710 internal power
and have motherboard gigabyte GA-P61-usb3_b3
and its give no input video
First the GT710 does not need an external power connector, it takes its power from the board directly.
Second you need to go into BIOS set up and change the default graphics from onboard to PCIe (or PCIe if available). then save changes and exit, shut down the system, switch the monitor to the graphics card, and boot up.You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
From what I could find, your motherboard doesn't have an onboard graphics port, therefore you MUST use a video card. What card did you have before you installed the GT 710? The 710 is a low end entry level card, OK for general use but not good for gaming. Hopefully you knew that before you bought it. http://www.vatgia.com/pictures_prod...
I suspect the card isn't fully seated in the slot. Does your motherboard beep when you power on the system?

Thank's riider, I had not noticed the P series motherboard.
It couldn't have been much is he is replacing with a GT710.The old card model would be very helpful as well as the reason for the change (was there any prior problems?). In fact, the full specs and a lot more details would make this a lot easier to help you.
