I wouold recommend bench testing your build, place the motherboard on a non conductive surface, install one stick of ram, a graphics card, PSU, hard drive and CPU. Then power the machine on by either shorting together the two pins where the power switch connects to with a screwdriver or by placing a switch on the pins.

What you are doing here is eliminating things like, a stand off behind the motherboard shorting the system out, this is something i see way too often.

Do this and come back with your results,

The fact that you call a power supply a "SMPS" rather than a PSU tells me that you're from India. And based on previous postings from others from your country, the problem is most likely the "SMPS". Just because it has enough power to light a few LEDs & spin a few fans does NOT mean it's capable of booting a system. Please post the make/model/wattage & amperage specs of your power supply.

I did (either shorting together the two pins where the power switch connects to with a screwdriver or by placing a switch on the pins.) But it's in same condition, .
