I can open everything except my local bank website!

Specs: Windows 7
i cant open my bank website. It is only a problem on my home computer, but not on any other, so I know the website is up and running. I can open the wells fargo, but not my local, small, bank. Any suggesstions?

I have only been trying from other computers because of this problem. I'm quite a novice here, so I type in the address on the bar, and after "thinking" unusually long, it's the "can't display the web page" for internet explorer or "can't reach server" for Firefox. I did clean out my caches for both browsers today, but still no luck. I have a desktop that's not wireless compatible, so I have the USB wireless adapter and run off of a hotspot from US Cellular. This problem just started about two weeks ago, didn't have any problem at all before that. The bank is in the process of changing it's security system, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. The bank is quite small so it does not have it's own IT department. I was told they'd check it out with their contracted IT dept., but haven't heard anything back from them.

If you usually access the account from a different computer the bank's security measures may think it is not you.

Without more information on what the issue is we are just guessing.

So what happens?

The proper way to use this site is for you to respond below the last response in this thread.

I copied your other thread to your first post and deleted the other thread.

Do you understand what I am saying about how to respond?

Post the website address without any passwords and I will see if there is a problem for me.
