I have Windows 7 64 Bit and i cannot use more than 2 GB of RAM out of the 4 GB of RAM that my laptop has

What do you mean, does it only show 2/3GB?

The BIOS is the computer properties correct? if so it says that I have 4.00 GB of ram in my whole computer and 1.94 Gb of RAM Usable

As above, your graphics are probably allotted the remaining amount. To reallocate it would reduce the graphics performance though. If you feel that you need the memory, consider adding more memory. If you are lucky, they included one 4GB memory card so you can simply purchase a nearly identical card and add it. Either research the actual memory specs that are installed, or visit crucial.com and run their test to see what you have and your options. If they included two 2GB cards, you will need to purchase a compatible 8Gb set.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
