Hello all,
So recently I've been doing some gaming on my Gateway laptop and I think I might've hit a button to make the mouse sensitivity go down so it goes slower. I went to adjust the sensitivity to make it go back to normal and it worked fine, until it started clicking randomly. I don't know if the sensitivity mishap was a part of why the mouse is acting up now, but it's really beginning to bug me. Yes it's an external wireless mouse. I ran some virus scans and they didn't turn anything up. I tried with a different mouse as well and it still acted up. Gaming is now a pain, especially fps games. Please help.-Kiko
is any one in your location using a wireless mouse or cordless phone also as this can cause there problems you can try switching to a different wireless channel on phone and or wireless mouse to see if this may help out Davidw
Well, ive had my mom using a wireless mouse as well and chordless phones And such before but ive never had this problem before. Like i said, it seems to have started when i adjusted the mouse sensitivity.
is there away to change the wireless channel on your mouse if so do that first then if possible reset your mouse and see if that helps it may just be a coincedence but i beleave something interfering with it myself Davidw
Yeah I don't know how to change the channel thingy on my mouse. And I tried disconnecting the wireless phone and my mom's wireless mouse she uses and it's still the same.
