i tried 1000 time to make it read but i have Failed .
it's appear as local disk with 0 byte value.

before one week ago i tried again with several laptops with several windows
all what i did is :
connect the WD in windows 7, install the drive , reboot the windows and uninstall it
( i did this step 3 times).
then i connect it again in windows XP and guess what !!!
its working again like nothing happened (with all my data 570 GB recovered) >
and to make sure i reconnect it again with Windows 7 and its work with no problems.
i was hopeless but now Im happy and i hope that i can help any one to recover his/her data.

It might have just been coincidence that it started working after you did that. Or maybe what you did somehow nudged it back to working condition. Thanks for posting what worked for you. It sure wouldn't hurt to suggest your method for others having the problem.

Yeah, if you format it (as windows seems to suggest) then you will definitely lose whatever was on it.
