Hi,
First you need to scan your pen drive completely by using best antivirus program and remove all bugs if antivirus application found.

In case after scanning data inaccessible problem still present then you need to run MS DOS command for removing unwanted files from the pen drive.

Open DOS command shell on your computer

Run this following command “dir/w/o/p” then press enter

This command showing you all presented files and folders list

Now need to check this following files name

autorun.inf
ravmon.exe
new folder.exe
svchost.exe
New_Folder.exe

If you find out any unprotected files then you need to delete it through this command

del autorun.inf
del ravmon.exe
del new folder.exe
del svchost.exe

Once you done this process now again insert pen drive and check your data. If still this problem doesn’t solve then you need to take help any external solution like Kingston pen drive recovery software. You can get complete information about this application from this website:

This is gnu one for me... But dun a wee google trawl and found this - amongst many offerings there...

http://www.techchore.com/flashdrive...

possibly it will do the trick?

This is the google "hit list" for many more possible resolutions...

A thought for the future.. Do NOT rely on flash drives as safe and permanent/long term storage method. Far better (wiser?) to save them on DVD at least; and if possible an external hard drive too. Use a flash drive as a temporary situation; and ensure that "anything" that you wouldn't wish to lose or have compromised is also (at the same time) saved elsewhere. DVDRW is fine as long as you are careful to ensure it can't be infected either. DVDR is of course record once only and once the disk has been recorded (and closed properly by the recording utility) its much more difficult for pests etc. to infect it?

Flash drives are the least reliable of modern storage media. Add to that the possibility that they may be lost, stolen, physically damaged, or infected with malware. They cannot be relied on for primary storage of important files. Many people have done so and suffered the consequences. Recovery of data after a problem arises may or may not be possible.

Flash drives should be used primarily as a transport media for files stored elsewhere. If something happens to the drive it can be formatted or replaced with no data loss.

The usual solution seem to be unhide the contents either from command prompt or windows desktop. I don't know if it's virus-related or some odd windows behavior with flash drives. Check this earlier thread and my link there:

There's also this which basically says the same thing:

try some anti-virus software to kill virus.
it seems that your files have been damaged by virus, and it's hard to get them repaired. hope you have backup copy of those files.
besides, you can try some pen drive recovery tools to retrieve data, but I'm not sure whether they can rescue your data. http://www.eassos.com/blog/pen-driv...
good luck
