how to recover unpartioned disk space

Specs: Win XPPro
I formated hd. it has 80 gb. I set 1 partion as 25. This is C:
I dont see the other unpartioned space?

You wont until it is partitioned.

The only place you will see it is in Computer Management > Disk Management where is will show up as unallocated space. From there you can partition and format the unallocated space ready for use.
