How to recover photos from Kodak pulse wifi frame (obsolete)

Kodak Kodak pulse digital 10"" frame...

Specs: Windows 10, i7 / 16GB
Hi - I have Kodak pulse 10'" frame and I'm trying to access my photos on the old website - any ideas? Shutterfly migrated Kodak galleries but I checked with them, they said if the photos aren't in my shutterfly account they weren't migrated, out of luck.

Trying to find my photos.... I'd like to pull them off the frame or more ideally the website - As the site would push a compressed version to the frame. It says it doesn't support usb access of internal memory and only uses the card slots to read photos not write to them.

The frame is touch screen which now doesn't respond so I can't navigate around from the frame.

Tried the prior poster's suggestions portable firefox, 32 bit, etc, and the www.kodakpulse.com site request times out. Thanks in advance!

I had a simpler Philips photoframe which died. That doesn't
help me solve your problem except that it helps me a little to
understand your situation. My frame could only hold a very
small number of photos in the internal memory. Nearly all of
them were on the removeable card, plus I had backups.

How many photos are stored in the frame? How much memory
does it have? Do you have any control over it at all? Does it
still display the photos?

I just took a quick look at the user manual. I now have the
impression that the bulk of your photos might be in the cloud,
not in your frame? Is that the situation?

Yes - the prior Kodak frames had a way for computer to connect via USB cable. This Pulse frame involved a cloud album and the photos could be emailed to the cloud account. A compressed version of the photo would be pushed over internet to the device's internal memory. Also it's a touch screen interface which no longer responds. The thing goes through slides but I can't navigate any menus. They stopped supporting and I feel like there has to be a way I can at least connect the frame to get the compressed pics from the internal memory.

Do you feel that you have pushed Shutterfly as far as they can go?
It is often the case that if you talk with someone else, you'll get a
different answer. Did you automatically get a Shutterfly account
when they took over from Kodak, or what?

I had the same issue with Kodak Pulse 7 . I update the kodak gallery due to some in the past deleted photos from its Internal Memory. I don't take back I connect in my computer and used Stellar Photo Recovery software to recover deleted photos. Thanks!
