If this is a desktop, purchase a video card. It is the only significant way to improve your video. If this is a laptop, you are pretty much out of luck.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

The size of video memory has little relationship with performance so increasing it would have little effect. Video performance is determined primarily by the GPU and you can't do anything about that other than installing a real video card with adequate performance. Integrated video is designed primarily for business applications, not games. Most laptops have integrated video that cannot be upgraded.
