Specs: Windows 10
I tried to print out an email but now it goes to another window saying save or cancel. before I just hit file then print and it would print. The same happens in my word perfect when I want to print copies. What do I do to avoid this as I am not computer smart.

It sounds like it's not detecting a printer. Check that the printer is on and connected. Then open windows settings then devices and click on printers and scanners and see if the printer is showing there.

When you first select Print you should get a Print Dialog Box, If the "Print to File" is checked then you will get the Save option., If you uncheck that box you should get an OK to print option.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
