It seems that this problem is not unknown; especially when upgrading to win-10...

There are numerous discussions, and suggested fixes/solutions, on the web. This is one of many:

as the search term (words) or string you'll see many more solutions, including the one above.

Here's a link to the support page: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/GB/conte...

Open Device Manger, right click on the entry with yellow triangle & then click Properties. The General tab might give you a clue to the problem.

I did face the same issue a couple of months back and I used the official Windows support article I found on their website, but I was not able to resolve the issue. Thankfully, I had a tech friend who was able to give me a valuable input at that time, which helped me solve this issue and I’d like to share the same with you.

• Go to ‘Device Manager’.
• Use administrator account credentials to proceed further.
• Find the PnP device you are referring to under the USB host controller panel.
• Uninstall this driver and then reboot your system.
• While rebooting, Windows would automatically re-install the driver for you.

This worked just fine for me and I hope it works for you too!
