If you Google "EaseUS Partition Master boot mode" you will get lots of hits with suggestions on how to fix this.

Here's one that looks promising. It looks like this is for reparing Windows with a Windows DVD but you should be able to do a repair from your repair partitition. To get to the repair option, start your computer and as soon as it looks like it's starting to boot, press the power button to shut it off. Do this again one more time. The third time you start your computer, it should bring you to the Windows repair option screen.

Why on earth would you use a partition manager to move data?

It sounds like you hosed up the boot partition. In order to help, you need to tell us step by step exactly what you did.

I wasn't moving data, I was trying to move free space (I had 400 gbs of free space on my D disk, wanted to give more to my C disk, which had 90 Gbs).

1. I downloaded EaseUS Pertition Manager, which was clearly outdated, then I moved disc D to C because there was one more disk between them with 500 mb of backup, then I borrowed 50 gb from disc D to C, applied, checked that my PC is gonna restart(it was said in the tutorial), after restarting it's turning up and just goes into black screen with "EaseUS Partition Master boot modeā€¦" That's the whole story.
