And is it firmly inserted into its slot? Perhaps (with all power removed from the computer) remove the card, wipe its contacts with soft lintless cloth or facial tissue (nothing abrasive); then reinstall it, ensuring it is firmly pressed home into the slot.

Yes when i turn it on the gpu fan will spin and the rgb will light up.

Double check all the basics.... - card fully seated & locked in place - power supply of at least 500W (hopefully a good one) - 8-pin PCIE plug connected to the card - monitor cable plugged into card - Initial Display Output setting in the BIOS set to PCIe Slot
