How to find hardware Drivers using its ID?

Specs: Windows7, 1GB
I have some OS unidentified hardware's, according to my knowledge we can find there drivers using "Hardware id" so please tell me how do i do it correctly? I mean what are the sites that service provide?

I expect your answer in Simple English!

You're probably better off using something like Belarc Advisor:
