Hello, I want to connect a 25 pin female monitor cable to a new vga type 15 pin monitor. The cable is from an old medical device. The old monitor has no power cord just this one 25 pin male connector so I guess it gets power from the same 25 pin as it gets the image. Any ideas? I just want to install a new monitor to the device.
Post back the model number of the old monitor that uses the 25-pin cable. Real men don't use AntiVirus; they just reformat
The monitor is a: unipo display monitor 2mf1122can10 he/roe/s/108/94. It is a monochromatic (I guess) as it displays green letters black and white images. It belongs to a cerec 2 machine, you can google it if want. There is a db25 (guess again) male on the monitor and a db25 female on the machine. I want to connect the machine with a new monitor. Any ideas?? Thanks
You'd need a pinout for the video connection on the cerec 2 or possibly the monitor. I couldn't find anything like that and don't know if there is a 'standard' DB25 to HD15 (or HD15 to DB25) adapter. But if you had the pinout you could have someone make a cable. If you have any of the paperwork for that system it might give that info. Real men don't use AntiVirus; they just reformat
there seems to have no such adapter for your needs.
