If you are referring to two drives of 'same' size then that is easy to explain.
The size of a drive in GB or TB is a nominal number and differs often from drive company to another and with SSD drives there is always a percentage of the drive that is ignored and reserved to replace defective chip sectors if/when the become apparent (automatically). Sometimes this is adjustable with the drive software and an SSD drive with a larger percentage reserved is usually considered to last longer before problems.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
