I am wanting to download a file and I keep getting an error message saying that 'another installation is in progress, can't download until other istallation is complete.' I do not know what or where this installation is, and it wont tell me. How do I solve this problem?
Reboot, then try to install it again.
I have tried this, but I must have something that was being installed, and I just stopped it, but I don't know what it is.
