If it's a laptop, or a PC with an integrated "on board" video adapter, you can increase the amount of RAM available to the video adapter by going into the BIOS Setup > Integrated Peripherals.

However, there is an upper limit beyond which you cannot go, and this depends on the laptop or PC model.

If your PC has a separate video card you cannot increase the memory for that. You will have to fit a new card which has more memory.

It's doubtful that increasing the graphics memory will improve the graphics performance.
