Windows 64 is not an operating system, what OS do you have?
What is the make and model of your printer?
And what is save mode?

✔ Best Answer
When you choose File>Print on your browser you will get the print dialog box that pops up, Stop and look at it and you will see a check box "Print to File" Uncheck this, make sure that your actual printer is selected on the drop down, and OK the print. On all future times it should default to these settings. If not then go to File>Print Preferences and check the same two items are correct and OK them and try the printing again.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Thank you for your help. Two of my high school students came over last night and fixed the problem for me. You were correct but my print screen did not have the same boxes that yours had. My printer box said "change". I went into that box and selected my printer and problem solved. I had not even noticed that somehow I had selected "save".
