Specs: Windows 10
I have an
gtx 750
Amd fx 6300
24gb of ram
I dont know what is stopping me from gaining higher frames, help?

You didn't include your motherboard on the list, or mention any games or game settings. The GTX 750 Ti used to be one of the best "bang for your buck" gaming cards. The GTX 750 is slower - it has fewer CUDA cores, fewer texture units, & slightly lower memory bandwidth. Regardless, the GTX 950 has replaced it as the bang for your buck nvidia card.

Is it just frame rates or does the computer itself seem slow? Have you installed windows 10 drivers for the card?

It also would have been helpful to have posted the speed of your memory. With the info available, I would agree that the graphics card upgrade would be the best option here.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
