There is a place for a VGA in my Dell monitor that is not occupied, Can I plugged my MAG into it and get 2 screens?

Your monitor probably has two optional inputs but they cannot be used as outputs.
This is assuming you are talking about a monitor for a desktop computer or being used as an additional monitor already on a laptop or tablet.
If on the other hand you are actually looking at a VGA port on the side of a laptop or top of a tablet , then you should be able to connect it to a monitor.
It is important to include details on the hardware to be sure we understand the circumstances exactly.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

To run dual monitors, they both need to be connected to the video card, not to each other.
