Solved how can I detect CD data

Specs: Windows XP, 768
Some day before I write two time data in same CD (not rewritable) when I write data first time that time I opened option add data after writing. Second time I write data in same CD that time I visible old data in CD explorer drive. When I completed writing and remove CD and checked that time I have seen both data in CD but after some days when I install CD in laptop or other PC my data is not detect in CD drive I check CD’s property, it is ok/full display but in explorer it is not shown even CD is not damage.
Now how can I get my data from CD by command or any software through?

When you say you do not wish to add more Finalizes the cd. When you wish to add more to a cd you do not finalize the cd/dvd, it leaves the session open so that you can add to it. It cannot erase what data is there before so when one adds to the disk, the old file is marked as not to read, and only the new updated file is kept readable. To read your disk....finalize it.
