high temp on ci5

Specs: Windows 7
i have same processor but during playing games my processor goes to 90 to 93cmax why it is too high??

What is a "Ci5"? We'll need the exact manufacturer and model number to be of any help.

It must be a laptop because desktop core i5 can't tolerate high temp like 93c.
The max operating temp for mobile core i5 is somewhere 100c. U can try to clean the vents with compressed air can + using a cooling pad + use it on flat hard surface.

my mouse also freezes when double tap then again into movement and yes its a laptop hp g6 2130se i want to play games with turbo on it now i have set maximum processor state to 90 percent and core 0 goes to 83c and core 1 upto 78c but i want full performance as deceasing processor speed will decrease frames per seconds plz help me i want a permanent solution laptop is 6month old and i dnt thinke there is dust in it as when playing games on it for more then hour from bottom it is ice cool but cannot understand why all temperatures software showing upto 94c on turbo boost playing games??
