High Quality Rendering mode is not supported

Specs: Windows 7, 2.5 intel dual core processor
Maya software - when i switched to advanced rendering
"// Warning: High Quality Rendering mode is not supported by the graphics card. Switching to default rendering mode //"

I have 384mb Intel integrated video and 3gb ddr2 ram.Intel G31 chip set mother board.

3d softwares needs good v-card to perform well. U have weak intel IGP but u can still install v-card if pci-e x16 slot is available. Post the board model # or if u have oem system post system model #.

Mother board is INT-M24.
If i buy a 512 v card. Will it fix the problem.

What v-card you recommended for creating a short animation film for web ?
I'm not a expert in this but I'm learning through tutorials.
