Try plugging in a different keyboard. It appears that some
keyboards can use either USB or PS/2 ports with just a simple
adapter plug, while others cannot. Even if you don't need and
don't use the adapter, you may need the kind of keyboard that
can use such an adapter in order for your motherboard to read
the keyboard without Windows USB drivers.

Is your keyboard connected to a USB2.x port?

Hi Deep,

'Mother's Board?

Start by advising Make, full Model number, device type (eg desktop, laptop or?)

These details can help immensely with queries such as this.

Good Luck - Keep us posted.

Some motherboards have difficulty detecting keyboards through a USB hub, so make sure the keyboard is plugged directly into one of the back USB ports.

What was that key... F1, F2,F12, delete?
(Start tapping BIOS entry key before post?)
(Try different USB port?)
Do you mean to Remove battery or change amount of RAM or cause some other to start BIOS setup?

Try a different keyboard, then. Preferably one without its own USB ports on it.
