Help with motherboard compatibility

Specs: Windows 7, Intel core2 quad 6600/4- 2048MB DDR2 DIMM, 667MHz PC2-5300
I need to find a motherboard that will work with;
Processor; Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q660 @2.40GHz
Memory: Four slots for - DDR2 DIMM, 667MHz PC2-5300
Audio: built in (and it's not that important... I just need to hook up speakers and a mic)

I can't connect my new video card on my current motherboard, it just won't fit, the card is to long and the connections for the hard drive on the motherboard prevent me from seating the video card in the PCI slot.

I just spend about 400.00 to upgrade my power supply and video card, I'd rather not have to replace the processor and memory too!! I'll spring for a new Mobo, otherwise, I'll just have to downgrade my video card again ;(

Thanks in advance for any help!

u didn't list the current board. The v-card fit well but it blocks sata ports right?
If u have other cards close to pci-x x16 slot remove them.

No, the card wouldn't fit, moving other cards won't fix the problem... But thank you.
